While using the land site (and) approved blueprints as collateral for construction materials, daily construction equity accumulates on a daily, pro-rated progress as a percentage of the house completed. Example: Foundation completed = 5%, Wall framing = 5%, Roof trusses= 7%, Sub Total = 27% completed = 27% of the estimated loan into mortgage. Once 100% completed, it should match the estimated construction amount 100% +/- 1% to 3%.
